The program was founded in 2019 as response to the need for traditional and non-traditional learning that promotes self-discovery, knowledge construction, group-based discussions, transformation and independent learning, which is beneficial to learners who want to exercise their flexibility and options on what to learn.

Enrolling in ITP for mathematics and accounting in grade 10 term 3 was a turning point for me. Initially, I lacked passion and interest in both subjects, but thanks to the excellent tutoring at ITP, my attitude changed drastically.
The tutors at ITP are outstanding! They made learning enjoyable, and my grades improved beyond my expectations. Moreover, I learned essential skills such as time management, which have proven invaluable in my academic journey.
Their constant motivation and belief in me boosted my confidence, and since then, I have been achieving top achiever awards in school. I am currently studying at Stellenbosch University, where I continue to excel academically. I owe a great deal of my success to the unwavering support and guidance from the ITP team.
My name is Rethabile More from Kagiso ext 8. My journey at Ituteng was very exciting. We were always welcomed with warm open arms. It was a home far away from home, but then I'm glad I was able to encounter a new atmosphere where my achievements put a big smile on my face. Regarding my studies, the extra lessons helped me a lot. I developed more passion for my studies & finally got to a tertiary level with all their hard work. I am very grateful for all their efforts & may God bless them.
My brother signed me up for grade 9 Mathematics when I was still doing grade 8 at the time I was barely an average learner, its been almost 2 years now attending at ithuteng and I am the top grade 9 learner at mandisa shiceka topping with a 99% percent in Mathematics in the 3rd term and made it to the second round in westrand olypiad examinations.
Ithuteng has been of great help academically, also helped me improve my confidence.
I joined ITP in 2022 when I was struggling at level 4. With their exceptional guidance and support, I've made significant strides and then consistently achieve level 5. Recently, I achieved a staggering 97% in maths during term one, a testament to the effectiveness of ITP's teaching methods. I'm particularly impressed by their motivational approach, always encouraging us to strive for higher marks than we thought possible. I continue to attend ITP because their commitment to excellence aligns perfectly with my goals. Their mantra of 'never give up' has truly inspired me to study overtime and seek clarification by asking questions outside of tutoring hours
